 What are the hours of operation for UniqueByZinique LLC?

Orders are accepted at any time. Our business hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST on business days only. During these hours, we typically respond to any emails and/or text messages that we have received from a customer. We also send out any necessary design confirmations and/or information to customers between these times via email or text messaging. 

Orders are worked on both during and after these hours. But any order placed after 5 p.m., during the weekend, and/or on a holiday, will not be processed until the following business day. 

Any emails and/or text messages we receive from customers after 5 p.m., during the weekend, and/or on a holiday, will receive a response on the following business day. 

What is "design confirmation"? 

During the process of making a customers order, UniqueByZinique will make a digital design/copy for the customer's order, and will then proceed to notify the customer that their design is in need of a design conformation (or review) before proceeding with their order to ensure that it is exactly what the customer has envisioned for their item.

During this time, we at UniqueByZinique give the customer the chance to review the digital design and make any necessary changes, additions, and/or adjustments if necessary. Any email left with no response after 24 hours will grant UniqueByZinique LLC permission to proceed as necessary with an order.

Once we have approval from the customer indicating that everything is what they have envisioned, or the 24 hours has passed, we will then begin working on their order. 

What is the difference between mock-ups and digital mock-ups? 

Mock-ups are anything that is stitched onto mock fabric and/or placed against the graduation stole for a customer to visualize how their graduation stole will look before the final stitching has begun. 

Digital designs are photos taken (screenshots) of your design before mock-ups are created. 

How long does it take for an item or order to be made?

All products are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take between 4-6 business days to be shipped and delivered, depending on what shipping method the customer decides at checkout and where they are located. Because our products are handmade, orders are processed & made within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), before a(n) order(s) is taken to the postal office. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

Can I receive a refund on my Custom Graduation Stole and/or Custom Graduation Add-Ons Purchase? 

Refunds are not offered for Custom Graduation Stoles once a customer has received their mock-ups for their graduation stole. Mock-ups are anything that is stitched onto mock fabric and/or placed against the graduation stole for a customer to visualize how their graduation stole will look before the final stitching has begun. 

Customers may be partially refunded if 15 days has not passed since their purchased, and if they have not received any mock-up designs other than digital mock-ups (customers will still have the opportunity to receive a partial refund even if they have received digital mock-ups). If 15 days has gone by since your purchase or if you received mock-ups they were not digital mock-ups, we unfortunately cannot offer a partial refund.

What is a partial refund?

A partial refund is half of the final total a customer paid on their order, excluding shipping and handing fees. All shipping and handling fees will be fully refunded. 

Are refunds or exchanges offered?

We offer a 15-day refund/exchange option. Any item that allows a customer to add any type of customization to our products, is not eligible for return or exchange unless a mistake is made by UniqueByZinique LLC. See our Refund Policy for more information.

How can I cancel my order? 

Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of the order being placed, but it is not guaranteed that the request will go through on any custom orders that have already been started.

I didn't receive a notification about my order, ("Your order is ready for Pick Up," "Your order has been shipped," etc.), why is this? 

Any email sent when an order has been shipped, ready for pick up, etc., sometimes tends to be sent to a customer's spam/junk folder. Please make sure you check your spam/junk folder to ensure that you are receiving the information regarding your order.

Can inquiries be made for items that aren't listed on the website?
