Our Custom 72" Graduation Stole is made of 100% Polyester Satin, 72 inches in length. Intended for adults (tall).
The model in the photo is 5' 4" (5 foot 4 inches)!
The designs can be whatever a customer wants, examples include 1. full name, 2. graduation year, etc.
• The customer has the option to choose between the following bundles:
- 2 Designs for $40 (one design on each side)
- 4 Designs for $80 (two designs on each side)
- 6 Designs for $120 (three designs on each side)
- 8 Designs for $160 (four designs on each side)
- 10 Designs for $205 (five designs on each side)
- 12 Designs for $235 (six designs on each side)
Please number each design (example: 1. Ziniqua Saunders, 2. Class of 2022, etc.).
Custom design(s) are added to each stole using embroidery & vinyl! Customers can request thread & vinyl colors of their choice. Complex designs can be done for an additional cost ($10). Complex designs are considered anything with multiple colors, that is not a name, quote, sentence, etc.
Before the stitching process begins, the customer(s) will receive an email from uniquebyzinique@hotmail.com, with photos of the digital design(s) to ensure that any spelling is correct, and to make sure they like the design(s).
After receiving approval for digital designs, we will then provide the customer with a mock-up photo with the designs against the graduation stole to indicate that the customer likes the design(s) and also to make sure they like the sizing of the design(s). Remember, the design sizing depends on the stole so always be mindful of that.
Once we receive the final approval from the customer we will begin the stitching process on the stole.
This process can take up to an additional 5-10 business days, from our processing and shipping time (see our shipping policy for more details and information).
Customization Directions:
- In the provided text box please leave a detailed description of the design(s) you would like added to your stole. If you would like your design added in a specific color(s), please indicate that in the description. Also, specify your font preference.
- Please indicate which color graduation stole you would like (for example: black with gold trim) in the text box provided. Color options can be found in the listing photos.
- Please specify what design(s) should be done in vinyl and which designs should be done in embroidery.
- Provide the best email to reach you.
- Upload a reference photo of where designs should be placed on your stole (a layout), this can be digital or drawn on paper. (Please make sure this layout is clear). Note: All designs will be added exactly how they are on this layout. Please number each design. If a customer chooses to upload a reference photo of another stole as an example, UniqueByZinique will proceed to lay out the designs as we see fit. Once the customer receives their mock-up photos they will have the chance to change the layout how they see fit!
- Please indicate what color vinyl(s) you would like to use.
- Also, upload any files you would like added (for example: school mascot) in file type .png or .jpg. All files should be uploaded at once.
- Please ensure that all information and spelling are correct, as UniqueByZinique LLC will not be held responsible.

Customers may pay an additional cost ($15) for a rush order if they choose to do so! Given the customer does place a rush order, we ask that the customer note this in the description box! All rush orders will be shipped out within 5 business days excluding weekends & holidays, from our shipping policy! (See our Shipping Policy for more information)!
UniqueByZinique LLC strongly suggests that customers place their orders for our Custom 72" Graduation Stole in advance, because this is such a long process, we cannot guarantee that we will and/or can meet any deadline requested by the customer.
Also, note that refunds are not offered if a customer wishes to remove a design from their stole after receiving their mock-ups. If a customer requests to remove a design for whatever reason, UniqueByZinique will NOT issue a refund.
All orders that are customized require a design confirmation from the customer. This will be sent out via email from UniqueByZinique LLC. Any email left with no response after 24 hours will grant UniqueByZinique LLC permission to proceed as necessary with an order. Refunds or exchanges are NOT available UNLESS a mistake is made by UniqueByZinique LLC (see our refund policy for more information).
Be mindful that there will be an additional 4-6 business days before this product is processed/shipped out from our Shipping Policy, as Custom Graduation Stoles are made to order.
